February 5th -12th  2019
Feb 5: Day 1- Arrival day and transfer to the Bethlehem- Meeting at Ben Gurion airport and transfer to Bethlehem.

Dinner and overnight stay in Bethlehem (Meal 1).

Feb 6: Day 2-Mount of Olives, Gethsemane, Mount of Olives, Garden Tomb, Mamila center- After breakfast (Meal 2) we have a short drive to Mount Scopus. Here, enjoying a breath-taking panoramic view of the city of Jerusalem, alongside with our Pastors, we will welcome the city of Jerusalem in prayer. Then we will continue to Mount of Olives. From here we will see the old city of Jerusalem and the sacred Mount Moriah. Then, we will continue to the Church of Dominus Flevit, the church that reminds the crying of Jesus about the Temple of Jerusalem. Passing thorough the ancient Jewish cemetery , we will arrive to the garden of Gethsemane, where we will have time for worship alongside our pastors . Leaving Mount of Olives, we will continue the Christian Quarter where the Via Dolorosa, 'the Way of Sorrow' marks the way Jesus' walk to from Pontius Pilate’s sentencing at the Antonia Fortress. Our walk will end at the Garden Tomb the site of Christ's crucifixion and burial. Here, our pastor will lead us in service. In the afternoon, we will enjoy some time in the Mamila centre, one of the main areas to enjoy coffee near the ancient walls of Jerusalem. Leaving Jerusalem, we will return to our hotel. Dinner and overnight in Bethlehem (Meal 3).

Feb 7: Day 3-Holocaust museum, Mahane Yehuda Market, Mont Zion, Jewish Quarter- After breakfast (Meal 4) we will leave our hotel to visit the Holocaust Museum, commemorating the genocide of 6 million Jews during 2WW. This Museum is considered among the 15 best museums in the world. Leaving the museum, we will continue the famous Mahane Yehuda Market, the main market of Jerusalem. There we will be able to enjoy some free time wondering in the different areas tasting different types of food over lunch time! to Mount Zion. There we will visit Tomb of King David , located under theLast Supper Hall where Jesus celebrated the Passover with his disciples. We will enter the Jewish Quarter and see the replica of the ancient map of Madaba, the Roman Cardo and the big synagogue. We will conclude our visit to the Jewish Quarter where we will be able to see the special prayers by the Western Wall.  Dinner and overnight in Bethlehem (Meal 5) will have time to pray.

Feb 8: Day 4- Village of Ein Karem, Quaser el Yahud, city of Jericho, Dead Sea - After breakfast (Meal 6) we will have 30 minutes’ drive to Jerusalem to the village of Ein Karem, the birthplace of Johan the Baptist and the place where Mary and Elizabeth, both pregnant, saw each other and the magnificat occur. Leaving Ein Karem, we will depart Jerusalem to the Judean Desert to Quaser el Yahud, the end of the Jordan River. This is the exact place where John the Baptist met Jesus and baptized him, after crossing the Jordan Valley and before continuing to Jerusalem via Mount Scopus. Later we will visit the city of Jericho , where we will seemount temptation , and the sycamore tree Jesus cursed and learn faith in God. Then, we will enjoy a panoramic view of the famous caves of Qumran and continue to visit the AHAVA shop of the famous Dead Sea products. After some free time for lunch, the day will continue with a short drive to the Dead Sea where we will have some free time to enjoy and float on the saltiest body of water in the world. Dinner and overnight in Bethlehem (Meal 7).

Feb 9: Day 5- City of Bethlehem, Shepherds fields, free time in Jerusalem- After breakfast (Meal 9) , our local guide will come to pick us from the hotel and will take us to half day tour in the city of Bethlehem . In Bethlehem, we will visit the cave that was the birth place of Jesus, today surrounded by a beautiful 6th century church from the byzantine period. The Church of the Nativity is one of the oldest continuously used churches in the world. We will visit the church and the cave of St Jerome's. Later we will visit the  excavations of the Shepherds fields. Our first part of the day will end with a visit to the olive Christian wood cooperative of Bethlehem. At mid-day, our driver will take us to the city to Jerusalem to enjoy some free time in the market. Dinner and overnight in Bethlehem (Meal 9).

Feb 10: Day 6- Jaffa, Muhraka, Persian Baha'i gardens, Mount Caramel, Nazareth - After breakfast  (Meal 10) we will have 1 hours’ drive to the shores of the Mediterranean Sea to the historic old city of Jaffa where we will learn about the Miracle of the Resurrection of Tabitha by Peter and his vision in which God told him not to distinguish between Jews and Gentiles. Then, we will continue to visit Mount Carmel to a place called Muhraka. Here will hear the biblical story of the prophet Elijah and how he challenged the false prophets of Baal during the reign of King Ahab (1 Kings 18:16-45). Leaving the site, we will continue to the amazing Persian Baha'i gardens for a breath-taking view of Mount Caramel and the city of Haifa. After some free time for lunch, we will continue to visit the city of Nazareth where Jesus spend his childhood. Here we will see the church of annunciation where the areological finding from Nazareth from the times of Jesus are located. the Galilee. Dinner and overnight in Nazareth (Meal 11).

Feb 11  : Day 7–Cana of Galilee, Church of the multiplication, Manza Christi, Capernaum, Jordan River- After breakfast (Meal 12), we will have a 30 minutes' drive toCana of Galilee where we will visit ruins of the ancient synagogue located under the church commemorating the first miracle Jesus performed.

. Leaving Cana, we will drive to the lower Galilee. Jesus spent almost three years in this region, where most of his miracles where performed. During this period, Jesus stayed inCapernaum. Visiting the excavations, we will see the house of Peter's mother-in-law where Jesus stayed, and the ancient Synagogue. From Capernaum, we will continue to the Church of the Multiplication of the Fishes and the Loves. On entering the Church, we will marvel at the preserved Byzantine mosaic which was once part of an older church commemorating Jesus' feeding of the 5000. After some free time for lunch, we leave for the Jordan River, we will cross the biblical Jordan Valley to the city of Bethlehem. Dinner and overnight in Bethlehem (Meal 13)

Feb 12: Day 8- Farwell ceremony, transfer to the airport- After breakfast (Meal 14) we will gather and have farewell ceremony which will conclude with each participant receiving a certificate with the title of Pilgrim of Jerusalem. Then we will have 50 minutes' drive Ben Gurion Tel Aviv Airport .
